User Access Issues

Below are the most frequent issues reported to the Partner Support Center that are related to user access. Please select one of the following options to help you gain access to the system.

Your email provider may be blocking emails from the CRDC data submission system. Please test to see whether this is the case by filling out the Resend Verification Email form to reset your password. If you don’t receive an email within 15 minutes, then contact the Partner Support Center for assistance.
